Outdoor Psychotherapy
Outdoor psychotherapy, also known as nature-based therapy or ecotherapy, is a form of therapy that takes place in outdoor settings rather than the traditional indoor therapy room. It integrates elements of nature into the therapeutic process to support mental well-being, personal growth, and healing.
How it works
The sessions take place in outdoor spaces such as woodlands, beaches, parks, or urban green areas. It offers a holistic approach to therapy by engaging the mind and body through movement in nature.
